Refund policy


We have a hassle free return policy which is straight forward and customer friendly. You can feel confident shopping with us. We will take most items back within 15 days of purchase.

Need to return something? No problem, just contact us at destinbeachcrystals @ gmail.com, and we’ll get you taken care of right away. Please read our Return Policy below.

When contacting us, please provide the information below in your email: 
1. Invoice Number.
2. Date received.
3. Problem with order or reason for return.
4. WAIT until you receive a reply back from our customer service department with your ROA number (Return Order Authorization) before returning an item.

**** Destin Beach Crystals does not accept COD’s for returned items.****

REGULAR RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept any returned item that has been used, is opened wtih the seal broken, or returned without it's original packaging. In addition, we cannot accept returns on mystery packages, confetti bowl scoops, mining buckets with broken seals, clearance items, sale items or any other items that are labeled as ALL SALES FINAL. PLEASE NOTE: Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited.

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Destin Beach Crystals at destinbeachcrystals @ gmail.com of any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery for immediate correction.

RETURN SHIPPING:
If we need you to return the product for a refund, we’ll arrange for and pay the return shipping costs if the issue is our fault. Product must be shipped back using the shipping label we provide (we will not reimburse you if you choose to purchase your own return shipping).

If you made a mistake in ordering or simply don’t like the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please Note: Destin Beach Crystals does not accept COD’s for returned items.

The customer must obtain a Return Order Authorization (ROA) from us before returning any item. Please make sure to write this ROA# clearly on the outside of the return box. Also, put a copy of your invoice and ROA# inside the box. If you do not have the invoice, write your name, address, invoice number and ROA# on a sheet of paper and place it inside the box.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns to be processed after receipt of items. If we send a replacement, it should arrive within 3-5 days after processing the return.
If we have to process a refund, credits should appear on your original payment method within 14 business days.


SUMMARY FOR RETURNS:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Wait until you hear from customer service and receive ROA#.
Return the item only after getting instructions and ROA#.
Return within 15 days of purchase.
We do not accept shipping CODs.
Processing time: 7-10 business days for replacements, store credit or refund.
